WHAT IS AIKIDO?
![]() |
| Aikio students |
In aikido, training is a small part of your success. Its versatile applications must be discovered by yourself through incessant practice and training yourself.
The aim of Aikido is to teach your spirit and body and to produce sincere, earnest people. Since all the techniques are to be trained person-to-person, do not randomly reveal them to others, for this might lead to their being used by hoodlums.

Don't have a contempt for BUMPS AROUND EYES
These bumps appear in small areas around the eyes at first and then spread total face and change morphology of skin. There are many cases that bumps around eyes reside all above part of the body. You should not disregard this phenomenon! Because it signals you will have a rough skin looks disgusting in the future. If treated promptly, your skin will quickly return to normal without any flaws. Along with regular inspection schedule, bumps have completely no chance of recurrence.
What is the diagnosis of BUMPS AROUND EYES?
1. Sebaceous hyperplasia
2. Milia
3. Syringomas
4. Seborrheic keratosis
5. Warts
Use these treatments for white bumps under the eye to painlessly remove milia.
Exfoliate
Regular exfoliation of the skin removes dead skin cells and encourages skin cell regeneration. Use a body scrub or facial blend made for your skin-type (dry, oily, or combination) to get the best results. Gently scrub in small, circular motions, and rinse with warm water. Exfoliation also helps to prevent new milia from forming on the skin.
Chemical Peels
During a chemical peel, acids are used to remove the top layers of skin. The new skin that is revealed then appears younger and smoother, making milia less noticeable. To completely get rid of milia, several chemical peel treatments may be required. Be careful when applying a chemical peel around the eyes.
Salicylic Acid
Applying a thin layer of salicylic acid to the affected area twice a day can help to significantly reduce the appearance of milia. This treatment for small, white bumps under the eyes may require several weeks of treatment before the milia disappears. Salicylic acid can be found in various facial products, such as acne creams.
Microdermabrasion
Several serious sessions of microdermabrasion can help to get rid of milia, while softening the skin. Dermatologists use a handheld sandblasting device to remove the top layers of skin and smooth cysts. Professional microdermabrasion sessions can become costly. A cheaper, yet less effective option is a home microdermabrasion kit.
Surgery
For more serious cases, milia surgery can be performed by a dermatologist. During milia removal surgery, a small scalpel is used to completely remove the milia from the skin. Stitches are typically not required as the tiny, white bumps are scrapped from the skin's surface. Only a professional dermatologist should perform extractions from the skin to prevent scarring of the skin and infections.
